Mentoring

At the heart of our company lies a powerful and compassionate principle: “Identify the need, meet the need”

This foundational philosophy guides every mentoring experience we offer-ensuring that the services we provide are always meaningful, respectful, and aligned with each individual’s needs.

Mentoring With Purpose and Heart

Our mentoring services are uniquely tailored to support individuals living with disability in building practical skills, emotional resilience, and community connection.

Each session is intentionally crafted to help our clients grow in independence, discover new interests, and engage confidently with the world around them.

Whether the goal is skill-building, social engagement, or simply experiencing joy, our mentors are committed to delivering a supportive, empowering journey that reflects the whole person and the goals they are wanting to achieve.

Designed With the Individual in Mind

Every mentoring session is developed in partnership with the client, focusing on individual needs, goals, and preferences. Our activities are purposeful, inclusive, and flexible-ensuring that each person is seen, heard, and supported in a way that works for them.

What Makes Our Mentoring Services Unique

At Life Is For Living Mentoring, we believe in going beyond expectations to offer real value and meaningful opportunities to our clients. What sets us apart is our commitment to inclusion, creativity, and community connection—not just in words, but in action.

As part of our mentoring program, participants have complimentary access to our exclusive Resource Shed, a space filled with tools, materials, and activity supplies to enhance creativity, build life skills, and support personal growth during sessions. Whether it’s crafting, DIY projects, or hands-on learning, our resource shed ensures clients are fully supported to explore, engage, and thrive.

We also proudly offer excursions and community outings at no additional cost to clients.

These activities – designed with purpose and heart – are included as part of the mentoring experience and are not charged separately. From visits to local attractions and group activities to nature-based outings, we prioritise experiences that build confidence, connection, and joy.

To access these services, clients must have the appropriate mentoring codes included in their NDIS plan or budget. If you’re unsure, please reach out for a conversation—we’re always happy to help you explore whether this resource is available to you.

Let’s walk together on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and connection.
