Heart-Centred Disability Support Team
A Heart-Centred, Skilled, and Empowering Team
At Life Is For Living Mentoring, we are deeply honoured to walk alongside a team of truly exceptional individuals. Each member of our team brings not only professional skill and lived experience, but also a heart-centred approach that is rooted in compassion, respect, and genuine care.
Our mentors and support workers are united by a shared commitment to person-centred practice – working with empathy, dignity, and a deep understanding of the unique journeys of the people we support. Whether it’s in everyday assistance or building toward long-term goals, our team leads with purpose and warmth.
We embrace a simple yet powerful ethos: identify the need, meet the need. This philosophy guides our every interaction – ensuring that no one is overlooked, and that the support we provide is always meaningful, tailored, and empowering.
With a holistic approach to disability support, our team works in partnership with individuals to enhance independence, increase confidence, and support each person to live a life that feels fulfilling, valued, and truly their own.
We believe that great support starts with heart.
And we’re proud to say – our team leads with theirs.
